In Cthulhu Realms, players must either drive their opponents insane or maintain their own sanity until the deck runs out. The game is filled with hilarious and beautifully drawn art that perfectly complements the horror theme, showcasing its top-notch production value.

Cthulhu Realms offers a refreshing twist on deck-building games with its original and innovative mechanics that will truly test your strategic thinking. Reviews have praised this game for its engaging gameplay and affordable price tag, making it a pleasant gem in the genre.

To play Cthulhu Realms, each player starts with a small deck of initiates, goons, and followers. The table is set with five available cards, or three when playing with more than two players. On each turn, players strategically use their cards to place locations into play, boost their sanity, reduce their opponent's sanity, collect conjuring power for new cards, and remove cards from the game. The power of locations can be utilized once per turn. At the end of each turn, players discard any remaining cards and remove entities and artifacts played.

The objective of Cthulhu Realms is to either be the last player with sanity or have the most sanity when the deck runs out. Losing all sanity eliminates a player from the game, while being the sole sane player declares victory. With its deep strategy and exciting gameplay, Cthulhu Realms provides endless hours of amusement.

Designed by Darwin Kastle, creator of the popular Star Realms Deckbuilding Game, Cthulhu Realms offers an exceptional digital gaming experience. The free version allows you to play across devices, indulge in the crazy addictive nature of the game, and even includes tutorials for quick understanding of the mechanics. The full game, which can be upgraded at a one-time cost, offers additional features such as various difficulty settings, campaign missions, face-to-face battles with friends, and online multiplayer.
